You don't need to hustle harder. And you don't need to just believe harder.
You need a coach who works with your thoughts and your strategy, and knows exactly how to get from one to the other.
Not a wellness practitioner looking to grow a practice? Transformational coaching for women might be a better fit.
What one exploratory call can do
“Talking to you always brings me closer to my core. The ideal me, the future me. The one that doesn’t have limitations by my past, my upbringing, my fears.
Even though I didn’t sign up for the program, something shifted quietly. A week later I signed up for a year of working with a teacher I’d been following for years but hadn’t committed to. When they opened the doors I did it. It made me cry when I made the commitment.
You helped me take a moment to look into my heart and see what I was needing.
I also had a big realization on that call. I realized that my own lived experience is the place I can and need to speak from. That’s how I connect with my ideal client. Regardless of who shows up in my practice, if I speak from that place I’ll feel authentic.
That call helped me in so many ways. All subtle, but very powerful.”
— Noèmi
“I was feeling very energized and positive after our call. I got so excited thinking about investing in myself that I declared I will have 25+ clients. Three just scheduled yesterday.”
— Rita Conway
Sound familiar?
It's Tuesday afternoon.
You've done the laundry. You helped your spouse with something. A friend texted and you jumped in, because that's what you do. You show up for people. You've checked your email three times, hoping a booking came through. It didn't.
Your phone is in your hand. You've scrolled further than you meant to. You told yourself you'd work on your business today. You haven't.
And here's the thing: it's not that you don't care. You care deeply. This work means everything to you. But somewhere between the wanting and the doing, something keeps getting in the way.
Maybe it's:
- A nervous system that's tired and wired at the same time, with nothing left to give
- So many ideas you don't know where to start, so you don't start at all
- So many tasks involved in building a practice that the whole thing feels overwhelming, so you don't start at all
- The pull of everything else: the house, the people you love, the friend who needs you
- Habits that feel like rest but leave you feeling worse: the phone, the scroll, the game that eats an hour
- A pattern of keeping yourself small, not taking up space, waiting until you feel ready before you go first
- The hope that the bookings will come without you having to put yourself out there
You're not lazy. You're not unmotivated. You're a deeply committed person who hasn't yet learned how to be that committed to herself and her business in the same way she's committed to everyone else.
That's what we change.
"I know this work changes people..."
but I don't know how to talk about it in a way that actually brings in clients.
"I've tried posting, I've tried showing up..."
but I'm still spinning and not sure what's actually working.
"I want to grow my practice..."
but the business side feels overwhelming and I don't know where to focus.
"I'm doing meaningful work..."
but it's not yet supporting the life I want, and that's starting to wear on me.
"I feel called to this..."
but I secretly wonder if making a real living as a wellness practitioner is even possible for me.
"I know I need help..."
but I'm not sure where to start or whether the investment makes sense right now.
The problem isn't where you think it is.
Most practitioners are working incredibly hard on the wrong thing.
They're tweaking their Instagram captions, redoing their website, lowering their prices, taking more and more action, hoping something finally sticks.
But the actions you take are always downstream of the thoughts you think.
If you believe "I'm just not good at marketing" — that's not a fact. That's a thought. And that thought is exhausting you far more than marketing ever could.
Nobody in the business coaching world wants to tell you this: you can have the best strategy in the world and still sabotage it at the level of the mind. And you can have a mediocre strategy and execute it brilliantly, because you believe in yourself and in what you're building.
The strategy matters. I'm going to give you that. But the mind work is what makes it stick.
I'm not going to tell you to take more action. And I'm not going to tell you to just believe.
Most business coaching skips straight to the doing. Here's your funnel, here's your content calendar, here's what to post. It's not wrong, but it assumes you'll follow through. And when you don't, the program says you didn't implement. You say you don't know what's wrong with you.
The truth is that no strategy works without the mind behind it.
On the other side, there's a whole world of coaching that's all about energy and alignment and manifestation. I believe deeply in the energetic component of building a practice. I also know that inspiration without strategy doesn't pay the bills.
My work holds all four pieces together: thought, feeling, action, and result.
We'll work on what you believe. We'll feel the shift in your body. We'll build a real strategy. And then we'll take the kind of action that comes from you, not from pressure or fear, but from a genuine sense of your own capacity.
That's inspired action. And it's what actually creates results.
Here's what I know about the version of you who has a thriving practice.
She doesn't wonder whether it's possible for her. She's decided it is.
She doesn't wait to feel ready before she takes action. She takes action because she knows the feeling follows.
When she hits a problem, a slow month, a hard conversation with a client, a marketing strategy that isn't landing, she doesn't ask "what's wrong with me?" She asks "what am I thinking that's creating this?" Because she knows every problem is solvable at the level of the mind.
She has a plan. It's a good one. And she executes it, not from fear or pressure, but from a deep confidence in herself and her work.
That's who you're becoming. That's what 12 weeks looks like.
 MY STORY
I've been exactly where you are.
When I first started my practice, I knew how to help people. I believed in the work. I'd experienced it myself and watched it change lives.
But I had no idea how to run a business. Asking to be paid felt uncomfortable. Selling myself felt confusing. And I honestly questioned whether making a real income as a wellness practitioner was even possible.
I stayed in that place longer than I needed to. Trying a little. Pulling back. Overthinking. Hoping something would click.
"At some point, it stopped being about whether I could figure it out, and became a decision that I would."
When I stopped waiting for permission and started stepping into both roles — practitioner and entrepreneur — everything shifted.
Now I run a thriving practice. I attract aligned clients. I feel supported by the business I've built. And I help other practitioners do the same.
Not because I had it all figured out. But because I finally decided to become the thriving entrepreneur.
What becoming a thriving entrepreneur actually requires.
Most business programs teach strategy and skip everything else. But I've watched gifted practitioners try all the right tactics and still not get traction. Because the missing piece wasn't the strategy.
It was their mind.
✦
Your mindset and belief system. You weren't taught how to think like an entrepreneur. Nobody taught you how to manage your mind in business, how to believe in yourself when results are slow, or how to clean up the thoughts quietly running the show. That's not a flaw. It's just a gap.
✦
The practical business skills. How to talk about your work in a way that actually lands. How to attract and book your dream clients consistently. How to show up without burning yourself out. The strategy matters, and most wellness training programs skip it entirely.
✦
Your nervous system on board. You can know exactly what to do and still not do it, because your body isn't there yet. Real, lasting growth requires your mind and your body moving in the same direction. That's what makes this different from anything else you've tried.
✦
12 weeks. One hour a week. Just you and me on Zoom, doing the actual work. Between sessions you have email support for wins, scheduling, and anything pressing. Deep work stays in our calls.
✦
Real results. One client made her investment back within 45 days. By 90 days she'd nearly doubled it. She didn't overhaul her marketing or work more hours. She got into alignment with her mind, her body, and her dream. And things started moving.
✦
Your version. Your pace. Your practice. Not someone else's definition of success. What fills you up. What your dream clients look like. What it feels like when the work doesn't even feel like work.
What you've already tried. And why it didn't work.
You've probably already tried some things.
The AI tools that could write your captions but couldn't tell you what was actually in the way. The evergreen course with no live support, sitting half-finished. Health fairs that felt like the right move but didn't bring in clients. Maybe you even got office space, let yourself dream a little, and then had to let it go.
None of that failed because you weren't trying hard enough.
It didn't work because nobody taught you how to use your mind as the engine of your practice. How to think like an entrepreneur. How to believe in yourself when the world around you is doubting, or when the results aren't there yet.
That's what's different here.
Practical Business Strategy
Clear, simple frameworks to help you attract clients and create consistent income without overcomplicating it. You'll know exactly what to do and why.
Mindset and Belief Work
Tools to see what's actually holding you back and shift it. Your results always start with how you think. This is where the real work happens.
Energy and Nervous System Support
You can know exactly what to do and still not do it. This is the piece most programs miss completely. Your body has to be in it too.
You didn't get into this work by accident.
You felt called to it. Something in you knew that what you do: the healing, the teaching, the holding of space for other people's transformation, matters. Really matters.
And somewhere in you, there's a version of this that's bigger than what you're living right now.
More clients. More impact. A practice that actually supports your life instead of living in the corner of it, waiting to be tended to.
You can feel it. The pull toward something more. The sense that your people, your clients and the ones who haven't found you yet, are out there waiting for you to show up the way you show up for everyone else.
This is what it looks like to answer that call:
- To go first. To lead. To be willing to be visible before you feel fully ready
- To commit to yourself the way you commit to the people you serve
- To stop waiting for the right time and decide that this is it
- To build something that reflects the depth of what you actually have to offer
- To become the version of you your clients need you to be
That's what this work is really about. Not just a thriving practice. A thriving you.

MEET YOUR COACH
Hi, I'm Jillian.
I know what it's like to feel deeply called to this work — to want to help people, make a difference, and still feel lost on the business side.
I've been there. The doubt. The second-guessing. The sense that you should have it figured out by now but don't.
For a while, I stayed in that place — trying to piece it together on my own. Until I realized: building a sustainable practice isn't just about knowing what to do. It's about learning how to think, decide, and move like an entrepreneur, while still being fully you.
That's the work I do now. As a Life and Business Coach, Biofield Tuning practitioner, and Registered Nurse, I bring together mindset, energy awareness, and practical business strategy — in a way that's grounded, clear, and actually works in real life.
I've built a practice that supports my life, my energy, and my values. And this isn't something reserved for a few people who "figure it out." It's something you can learn. You don't have to keep doing this on your own.
SEE HOW YOU CAN WORK WITH MEYou've been doing this alone
long enough.
Let's talk.
The call is free. The clarity is real. And you'll leave knowing exactly where to go next.
