What This Workshop Is About

Tuning forks are simple tools, but knowing how to work with them safely and effectively makes all the difference.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to use weighted tuning forks in a practical, grounded way. We’ll move slowly, prioritize safety and consent, and focus on direct experience rather than theory.

You’ll leave with:

  • A felt sense of how tuning forks work in the body and biofield

  • Confidence using weighted tuning forks on yourself

  • Practical experience working with others in a supported setting

While this is an introductory workshop, the depth of material may naturally vary based on the experience, curiosity, and embodiment of the group.

What You’ll Experience

  • A clear introduction to weighted tuning forks and how they’re commonly used

  • Safety guidelines and best practices for self-use and working with others

  • A guided, head-to-toe application practice

  • Partner-based practice (giving and receiving), with consent and choice emphasized

  • Space for questions, reflection, and integration

This is an experiential workshop designed to help you trust what you’re sensing.
